Internships are expected to be a 3-4 month (Summer) commitment. This allows the student to experience the venue through multiple event cycles. Internships are considered part time with a varied weekly schedule requiring an estimated 20-40 hours per week depending on events. Learning agenda will include all aspects of event management including advance, guest services, operations, administration, and parking. Interns will engage in weekly calls discussing various venue managment topics. This role will pay an hourly rate of $14.00. For Part-Time roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. The Marketing Intern will serve as an assistant to the Marketing Department at Ford Idaho Center. A successful intern should be able to handle a wide range of projects and should be willing to commit 10 to 20 hours per week, but with a flexible schedule. With mutual agreement, the intern may work during normal business hours at the offices at Nampa, ID, as well as certain event hours at a venue of the complex in the evenings or on weekends.
